Reporting Damaged Items:
If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 days from the delivery date to report the issue. Please send a photo or video proof of the damaged item to Whatsapp +971 55 5995953 or info@imagineartsculptors.com. This step is mandatory for processing any exchanges.
Exchange Process:
Once we receive the required proof of damage, please allow 7 business days to process the exchange.
