Return & Refund Policy, Imagine Art Sculptors

Every bracelet is handmade in Dubai, and we want you to love yours.

1. Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your bracelet arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give a full refund, whichever you prefer. We cover any return delivery cost.

2. Changed your mind?
You can return or exchange an unworn bracelet within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging. You’ll receive a full refund of the item price or an exchange. Delivery charges aren’t refundable, and return delivery is at your cost.

3. 14-day restring promise
If the stretch cord breaks within 14 days of purchase, send it back or bring it to one of our market stalls and we’ll restring it for free.

4. Not returnable for change of mind
Custom and made-to-order pieces (your colours or your name) can’t be returned for change of mind, because they’re made just for you. They’re still covered under sections 1 and 3.

5. Bought at a market stall?
Exchanges within 7 days with your receipt or price sticker. Faulty items are always covered.

6. Refunds
Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
